Justin has been a student of mine for approximately half a year now, and it is amazing to see how much he has learned during this time.
Until about three weeks ago, we were preparing for the AMEB Preliminary (Leisure) exam. He played “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” by Ennio Morricone, “Sherlock Holmes” by Mike Schönmehl and Boris Berlin’s “March of the Goblins”.
As a pianist, Justin plays assuredly, often adding personal touches to the music with confidence. It being his first exam, I was proud to learn that he had attained a B+!
I always look forward to my lessons with Justin and it is exciting to think about how we will expand on his abilities in the weeks to come. I’ll be posting regular updates; do check back as we follow Justin’s progress!
